My Real Estate career commenced in 2006, initially in property management working for my father, Bob Cameron, here at Lauders Real Estate. But… I truly started at 8 years of age, listening to Dad helping clients late into the evening. Fast forward 30 years and I am now proudly the licensee in charge of that very same real estate office.

I absolutely love real estate and all that it entails. The thrill of helping vendors achieve superb sales whilst helping purchasers find their dream homes and invest in their futures. There really is no better career. My wife Jillian and I deeply respect the history of Lauders and are pushing it forward with a bright culture of ethical and effective real estate solutions.

When not selling property, my time is spent with our two boys hiking and exploring, patrolling our local beaches, ducking to the gym at our local surf club, enjoying a round of golf or a motorcycle ride to clear the head.

At Lauders Real Estate, our focus is on securing the best results for our clients using. I am determined to challenge the stereotypes so often associated with real estate agents and fight to provide outstanding services and know that our team shares in this “client first” approach.

Jillian & I set out to attract and build a team of like-minded people who live and breathe the core values and then deliver these through to our clients. Lauders Real Estate Old Bar offers a culture that allows all individuals to perform to their greatest potential.

I have proudly represented our community and am actively involved in many associations, some accolades being:
- Represented Surf Life Saving NSW, Flood Response Group Training in Tasmania 2023.
- Sit on the Committee of Management for the Real Estate Employers Federation (REEF) since 2022.
- NSW Premiers Bushfire Citation for assisting in the NSW Bushfire emergency response 2021.
- Treasurer of Taree Old Bar Surf Life Saving Club 2015 - 2022.
- Surf Life Saving NSW Administrator of the Year 2019.
